Seven Code Development SRL ("7code", "we", "us") operates this website and the PPC audit service described on it. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Data We Collect

When you submit the audit request form, we collect:

• Your name and work email address
• Your website URL
• Your monthly ad spend range
• Any challenge description you voluntarily provide
• UTM parameters from the URL at the time of submission

We also use the Meta Pixel, which may collect anonymous browsing data (page views, standard events) subject to Meta's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to:

• Prepare and conduct your free PPC audit
• Schedule and confirm your audit call
• Follow up on the outcome of the audit
• Improve our service (aggregated, anonymised analytics only)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), which stores data on secure EU-region servers. We retain audit enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@7code.ro.

5. Cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie to enable ad measurement and retargeting. You can opt out of Meta's advertising data use at facebook.com/settings.
